North Jersey Airsoft is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. If you subscribed to our mailing list, we may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you’ll find valuable.

Security

All credit card information transmitted to North Jersey Airsoft, LLC via our online store at shop.northjerseyairsoft.com is protected by strong SSL encryption.

Shipping

FREE Shipping on orders over $150 in the 48 contiguous states.  Orders containing oversized items are not eligible for free shipping.  Rifles ship as oversized and therefore do not get free shipping.  Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and all other territories outside of the United States are excluded from this promotion.

Most orders will be shipped via UPS. Occasionally we use USPS for Flat Rate and Free Shipping options. We offer a First Class Mail shipping option for items that fit in a padded envelope. Orders will typically be processed with same day service depending on the time of day the order is received. We will make every effort to get your shipment ready for last call by UPS. Some clothing purchases may extend processing times as noted on the product description. All costs incurred by North Jersey Airsoft as a result of missing or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers receiving orders in the state of New Jersey are responsible for 7% sales tax. All coupons must be entered during check out! For any special requests dealing with your order please email us at customer_service@northjerseyairsoft.com be sure to include your order number.

Refunds

All sales are final. Air Guns in normal use are subject to heavy abuse and wear on internal components. For this reason all sales are final. Many products, however, carry manufacturer warranties for covering defects. Returns are not available unless North Jersey Airsoft so authorizes in advance and we will only authorize in extreme cases. If a product arrives in disorder (dead on arrival) the claim must be made to North Jersey Airsoft within 48 hours of delivery. Please email customer_service@northjerseyairsoft.com for authorization prior to shipping anything back to North Jersey Airsoft. RMA first contact has a 24 hour response time, claims will be processed in the order they were received after first contact. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee where there is no product defect. The restocking fee can be avoided by requesting a product exchange or store credit. We cover shipping costs on returns where there is a product defect. If it is not clear if the product is defective we will cover the shipping and assess its condition to determine if shipping costs will be covered. In this matter our word is final. Shipping costs will be billed at UPS published rate for returns, if eligible. Upgrade and internal parts are sold as is with no warranty, no exceptions. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges and the responsibility of the customer. Removing the BLAZE ORANGE TIP from Airsoft guns not only voids the warranty, but also makes shipping Airsoft guns a federal crime to ship. Please Respect all local and federal legislation. Do not ship us any modified product! We will have to charge you for the parts to “repair” your gun to return to you legally.

Exchange Policy

All exchanges must be cleared with North Jersey Airsoft before the product is returned. Please email us at customer_service@northjerseyairsoft.com to initiate an exchange. Include the order number, items(s) to be exchanged, as well as the replacement item(s). In the event North Jersey Airsoft shipped out the wrong item/size, all shipping charges will be prepaid or refunded. For exchanges initiated for incorrectly ordered items/sizes, all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Airsoft weapon exchanges will be accepted on new-in-box items only. Airsoft accessory exchanges will be accepted for items found to be incompatible, as long as the item remains in new condition with the packaging intact Clothing and tactical gear exchanges will be accepted for items that are in new condition with the tags/packaging still intact. If the item/size requested for exchange is not available, you will be given the option to wait for it to be restocked or receive store credit. This will avoid the 15% restocking fee outlined in our Return Policy below.
